RACK the World

It has been a wonderful experience collecting and sharing stories of awesomeness with you over the last year.  Looking back, it really is incredible how much joy, kindness and love are being shared in the world.

This weekly ritual of setting out to find the awesome in the world has really shown me that there is plenty of it out there.  It has also taught me that in order to find it, I had to be open to recognising it. This involved making the conscious choice to tune into the frequency of awesome so I could be ready to see it when it appeared.

What I have learnt is that ‘awesome’ shows up in many different forms and is around us constantly.  Sometimes when I am caught up in my own world, it simply passes me by and I miss the opportunity to capture it.

In the moments when I can be present to witness ‘Random Acts of Awesome’ occur, a beautiful sense of fulfilment fills my soul. There is a lightness that comes from selflessly helping a stranger, friend or neighbour when they least expect it.

The good people over at ‘RACK the World’ do just this, and encourage us all to perform ‘Random Acts of Christmas Kindness’ in the 25 days leading up to Christmas. The link below offers 44 inspiring ideas that focus on giving back without costing a thing.

Sometimes the best gift you can give to anyone is the gift of you.

Wishing you and your families a wonderful, safe and totally awesome festive season.

Don’t forget to sprinkle a little awesome in the world!

Sarah 😉
